Karl fitted an extra handrail which runs the whole length of the staircase. This has made a huge difference for Alan. It gives him confidence and stability on the stairs.

Karl was punctual and courteous. He was keen to make sure the handrail was positioned exactly as we wanted and gave us some good advice. He was very respectful of our property and cleaned up thoroughly during and after the work. He even painted over the pencil marks he had to make to position the handrail.

We cannot recommend Karl or his work highly enough. He is a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. We would be delighted for Karl to undertake future work for us.
